It gives members the opportunity to connect, network, and share ideas to make South Huntsville a great place to do business. It also serves as a central point of connection between the City of Huntsville and South Huntsville businesses.

Local businesswoman, Michelle Omenski, is a Broker Associate and Realtor with Keller Williams Realty. As one of the top Realtors at Keller Williams, Ms. Omenski has been selected to serve on the ir Associate Leadership Council since 2012. She has been the Vice President of The Center For Family Wellness, a multi-disciplinary healthcare facility on South Memorial Parkway, which she has co-owned with her husband Dr. John Omenski since 1996. In 2009 she participated in Leadership Huntsville/Madison County and is an Alumni of Focus Class 22. She is Local Chair for the Distinguished Young Women of Madison County Scholarship Program. She has been involved with this program since 2002, helping young women in Madison County High Schools obtain college scholarship money. She has enjoyed volunteering with the Huntsville/Madison County Chamber of Commerce since 2009 and is the creator of the Chamber On Campaign, the annual sponsorship and fundraising drive for the Chamber. Since May 2015, Ms. Omenski has been a member of SHBA Steering Committee, where she serves as Interim Publicity Coordinator, and serves on the Interim Outreach and Incorporation Subcommittees.

Mr. Cargile is co-owner of 4Site, a South Huntsville firm which began in 1995 as a Civil engineering and land surveying practice, and became known as 4Site in 2003 with the addition of landscape architectural design. Mr. Cargile has Bachelor’s and Master of Science degrees in Civil engineering from the University of Alabama. He is a registered professional engineer in multiple states and has more than 25 years of experience in commercial and residential site design. Some of his more recent projects have included Intergraph Corporate Headquarters, Twickenham Square mixed-use development in downtown Huntsville, Dr. Joseph Lowery Boulevard, Lendon in Jones Valley, and ongoing work for HudsonAlpha Institute for Biotechnology. He is an active member of Rotary, the Huntsville Committee of 100, a troop committee member for BSA Troop 361, member of the Southeast Huntsville YMCA Board of Management, and an avid supporter of the Land Trust. Since May 2015, Mr. Cargile has been a member of the SHBA Steering Committee, where he serves as Interim City Liaison, with an emphasis on providing timely, accurate, and actionable information on South Parkway construction to the SHBA Steering Committee and to SHBA attendees and businesses.

Mr. Bowdle is founder and owner of DBA Aerosol Research Consultant (ARC), a South Huntsville scientific and engineering consulting business that formed in 2010 in South Huntsville, and operates at the Huntsville Hub in Office Park South. Mr. Bowdle has a Bachelor of Science degree in Physics and Mathematics from the Ohio State University, and a Master of Science degree in Atmospheric Science, with a specialty in aerosol and cloud physics, from the University of Washington. He has had a 41-year career in atmospheric science, instrument engineering, and research facility design, including 24 years as a Research Scientist at the Earth Systems Science Center in the University of Alabama in Huntsville. Since May 2015, Mr. Bowdle has been a member of the SHBA Steering Committee, where he serves as Interim Secretary, provides a liaison with the Alabama Department of Transportation, and serves on the Interim Outreach and Incorporation Subcommittees.

Ms. Andrews is founder, co-owner, and manager of the Huntsville Hub, the original alternative workspace provider complex in Huntsville. The Hub formed in 1994, and continues to operate as an upscale rental office facility at Office Park South in South Huntsville. Ms. Andrews has a B.S.B.A. in Management Information Systems from the University of Alabama in Huntsville. She has over 25 years of experience in sales, cost analysis, financial management, database development, quality assurance, configuration control, government compliance, customer service, public relations, business development, strategic planning, operations management, and project management, in diverse settings, ranging from established financial and technical organizations and large government-sponsored projects to small startup businesses. She is active in Tennessee Valley leadership, including the Chamber of Commerce and boards for the WBCNA and Kinertia non-profits. Since September 2015, Ms. Andrews has been a member of the SHBA Steering Committee, where she serves on the Interim Publicity, Outreach, and Incorporation Subcommittees.
